This is the last album that The Wailers made with the assistance of the legendary Lee Perry, before they went on to sign with Island as well as re-record and release some of their earlier material, with tracks on Soul Revolution Part II included. Here though is a snapshot of a tender, more raw roots reggae style that Bob Marley and co. pulled off before they shot to stardom.
